Building Trust & Positive Communication – the Keys to Great Team Dynamics

Presented by Lauren Parsons from Lauren Parsons Wellbeing

Learn how to truly make a difference to employee satisfaction, burnout, teamwork, reduce absenteeism and turnover and improve financial performance.

If you want to improve communication, eliminate friction and negativity in the workplace and massively boost morale and team dynamics, this is for you.

Studies show that psychological safety (i.e. a high-trust environment) is the #1 factor to achieve a high-performing team.In this session you’ll be introduced to the Emotional Culture Deck – an insanely simple, hands-on and interactive way to have structured conversations about workplace culture and feelings.

Emotional culture is critical to organisational performance because the way your team members feel affects everything they do. Often organisations focus solely on their cognitive culture, such as their vision and values (which are important), but the emotional culture of a team – how people are feeling or should be feeling at work – is often overlooked or ignored.

When you focus on how you want your staff to feel and identify the key emotional drivers of your employees, not only does engagement increase and morale improves, and productivity and employee retention increase. As a result, bottom-line profits go up.
